How to cancel a subscription

1. From the interface

To cancel your account, please log into your account and navigate to the Subscription Info page. You will find every information regarding your membership. Then find the link that says “Cancel”, you just have to click on it and it is done.

2. By mail

To downgrade your account or change the email address on your account, you need to email us at support@ma-boutique-shopping.com (from the email address associated with your account if possible) and a team member will be happy to help you through the process.

This data will help us easily identify your Ma-boutique-shopping account and cancel your subscription as quickly as possible (please consider the Customer Support working hours from 11am -3pm.
